Giudice as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Giudice, former co-founder, President, CEO and Chairman of Maker Communications Inc., a leading developer of semiconductor communications processors for networking equipment, has been on Telephotonics’ Board of Directors since October 2000.
