3:40 PM - 4:00 PM KEYNOTE: TV Beyond The TV The definition of TV as we once knew it has changed forever. Viewers now expect to watch TV virtually anywhere and on any device, and they expect to get the same personalization, navigation and control they get with other apps and devices on their TV screen. Jeff Weber, VP of video products at AT&T, will discuss AT&T U-verse’s multiscreen strategy, lessons from the nation’s fastest-growing TV service, and what’s next.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM KEYNOTE: Broadband Plan Adoption Impact: On the Edge of Transition Building on its 2010 National Broadband Plan, the Federal Communications Commission proposed fundamental changes to the mechanisms that support network deployment in rural America. At the edge of transition, how will the changes affect rural providers’ ability to deploy advanced networks and provide services at rates that are reasonably comparable to those available in urban areas?
Keynote: Josh Seidemann, Director of Policy, NTCA
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Multi-screen TV: Show Me the Money Multi-screen video is part of everyone's strategy, but many early efforts aren't generating any extra revenue for service or content providers. A number of potential new revenue models exist, ranging from subscription fees to mobility charges to a la carte options. Several potential new types of advertising are possible as well. Some of these models face potential regulatory or legal hurdles, however. This panel will explore these new options, the opportunities they raise, the challenges they face and what service providers can and should be doing to monetize their multi-screen services.
