10:00 AM Vendor publishes cyber security white paper, proclaims innocence

10:00 AM -- Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. has published a white paper, Cyber Security Perspectives: 21st century technology and security -- a difficult marriage, to set out the challenges faced by us all in these modern times, and to deny any wrongdoing in terms of intellectual property theft or security breaches, a position the company is increasingly keen to articulate given the increasing weight of speculation about its activities and intentions.
