NICE, France -- Highdeal, the world leader in Pricing & Rating solutions, has won the 2007 TeleManagement Forum Excellence Award for "Most Innovative Supplier." The award was given in recognition of Highdeal’s exceptional leadership and innovation in expanding the boundaries of OSS and BSS solutions and greatly improving Service Providers ability to offer new next generation services.

The TeleManagement Forum (TM Forum) launched the awards this year to recognize operators, system integrators and software companies that have made outstanding contributions towards 21st century telecom business transformation through noteworthy operational and service delivery initiatives. The judging panel was lead by Mick Reeves, the former Group Technology Officer of UK telecoms giant BT and the winners were evaluated and selected by leading industry experts.

“We’ve established this awards program to recognize companies who are making great contributions in the field of delivering service excellence” said Keith Willetts, Chairman and Founder, TeleManagement Forum. “This program will showcase the outstanding work done by our members in furthering TM Forum initiatives, such as Highdeal, as they shape the future of the industry.”

“The TeleManagement Forum has led the industry in terms of BSS/OSS product interoperability,” added Eric Pillevesse, CEO at Highdeal. “Recognition as an innovative supplier by TM Forum validates the importance of our commitment to bridging the gap between prepaid and postpaid and between BSS/OSS.”

A CSP's digital transformation involves so much more than technology. Crucial – and often most challenging – is the cultural transformation that goes along with it. As Sigma's Chief Technology Officer, Catherine Michel has extensive experience with technology as she leads the company's entire product portfolio and strategy. But she's also no stranger to merging technology and culture, having taken a company — Tribold — from inception to acquisition (by Sigma in 2013), and she continues to advise service providers on how to drive their own transformations. This impressive female leader and vocal advocate for other women in the industry will join Women in Comms for a live radio show to discuss all things digital transformation, including the cultural transformation that goes along with it.
