BUENOS AIRES -- As part of its network quality improvement program, Telecom Personal S.A., a leading mobile operator in Argentina, has selected CommProve’s next generation network monitoring solution, CommProve NetLedge. NetLedge is being deployed to not only optimize Telecom Personal’s network and to better utilize available capacity, but also to improve customer satisfaction. “It’s becoming increasingly important to manage the customer experience on our network in real-time, and this is a key element of our network quality improvement program,” said Paolo Perfetti, Head of Networks at Telecom Personal. “We selected a CommProve solution to achieve this effectively as well as to further enhance the network performance for our subscribers.” CommProve NetLedge will provide network monitoring as well as performance management support to ensure the measurement of network performance KPI’s.
