CHR Solutions Names New CEO

HOUSTON, Texas -- CHR Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of engineering, managed services, BSS/OSS and Cloud technology to communications service providers, today announced that James Taylor has resigned as CEO to pursue other opportunities. The Board of Directors has appointed Arun Pasrija, currently a board member, President and COO, and co-founder, to the additional position of Chief Executive Officer. James Taylor, who is one of the largest shareholders, will remain as a member of the Board of Directors, and will assume the role as special advisor to the Chairman of the Board.

In addition to being a co-founder of CHR Solutions, Arun has been responsible for numerous start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures over the course of his career in technology. In 2003, he co-founded Global 1 Source Group (G1SG), which merged with CHR in 2006. Before G1SG, Arun was the Senior Vice President, Operations, for L-3 Communications’ fixed-wireless spin-off business unit. Prior to this, at AT&T/Lucent, Arun earned 15 years of broad management experience in various executive-level roles in both domestic and international markets.
