TORONTO -- Redknee (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announce the launch of the Redknee Cloud, a fully hosted, end-to-end converged billing and customer care solution provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). Service providers can achieve the benefits of a flexible, next generation converged billing and customer care solution combined with a low-risk investment strategy and fast time-to-market. The Redknee Cloud leverages Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution, which encompasses activation and provisioning, real-time billing, rating, invoicing, partner and dealer management, and full customer care capabilities. Currently offered in the U.S. market, the Redknee Cloud enables Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) to launch a new brand in a matter of weeks. It provides Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs) with an agile, flexible and modular suite of solutions on which to build a profitable wholesale business. Service providers can take control of the services and promotions they launch with a real-time billing, rating and charging with integrated policy, promotions, analytics and business intelligence. In addition, service providers can deliver a superior customer experience with the fully integrated customer care and self-care capabilities. Provided as a SaaS offering, Redknee Cloud allows consumer brands or retailers, who may not be experienced in the mobile sector or billing, to concentrate on their sales, marketing and distribution strategies rather than the management of their billing system. Live Digital Audio

A CSP's digital transformation involves so much more than technology. Crucial – and often most challenging – is the cultural transformation that goes along with it. As Sigma's Chief Technology Officer, Catherine Michel has extensive experience with technology as she leads the company's entire product portfolio and strategy. But she's also no stranger to merging technology and culture, having taken a company — Tribold — from inception to acquisition (by Sigma in 2013), and she continues to advise service providers on how to drive their own transformations. This impressive female leader and vocal advocate for other women in the industry will join Women in Comms for a live radio show to discuss all things digital transformation, including the cultural transformation that goes along with it.
