HOUSTON -- CHR Solutions, a leading provider of BSS/OSS, Engineering, and Managed Services announced today that Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting and business consulting firms in the nation, has agreed to acquire the regulatory compliance and financial consulting portfolio from CHR.

Divesting the consulting portfolio further strengthens the focus and resources of CHR in the ever-changing telecommunications industry, and enhances the company’s expertise in helping clients improve operational efficiency and reduce cost. The combination, which was approved by the leaders of both firms, is effective January 1, 2015.

“This opportunity provides us with the ability to focus our investments and resources into our core product and service offerings including telecommunications billing and operations (B/OSS) software and services, engineering services, and managed IT & telecommunications services,” said Arun Pasrija, Chief Executive Officer, CHR Solutions. “And, by divesting our business compliance and regulatory portfolio, those clients will now have access to enhanced services provided through the strength of Moss Adams.”

Additionally, the two firms offer complementary services so clients can benefit from the enhanced strength of the financial and regulatory consulting services offered by Moss Adams, along with the more focused software, engineering and managed IT service offerings from CHR. “In addition, CHR’s regulatory and financial consulting practice has expertise in network compliance and resources in Washington DC to assist with federal regulatory issues, which will be huge assets to our existing client base,” said Chad Duval, partner with the Moss Adams Communications and Media Practice.
