Deutsche Telekom is in the thick of it: On the one hand it is eyeing German cable operator Tele Columbus Group, reports Bloomberg, while on the other it is facing the prospect of strikes by around 6,000 workers in the Verdi union, who are unhappy with their pay, reports Reuters.
