NEW YORK-- Long-time joint venture partners Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. and Hunter Newby announce the launch of Netrality Properties. Netrality owns and operates strategic carrier hotels in North America and has an aggressive plan to acquire additional properties in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets on the continent. Netrality’s carrier hotels are core network interconnection facilities characterized by the presence of significant fiber connectivity, a carrier-neutral meet me room (MMR) coupled with colocation space, and no monthly recurring costs for cross connections between networks with a presence in the MMR. Netrality currently owns and operates 1,900,000 square feet across four properties in the continental United States.

Netrality CEO Jerry Marshall states, “Netrality Properties is the result of a fifteen year relationship which has culminated in the creation of a business model that effectively integrates operation of meet me room and colocation facilities with the ownership of real property. We believe we have created the most cost-effective and stable operating model for our network and enterprise customers available in core interconnection facilities.”

“For years, I have been asked by the industry to bring back my original MMR model of no monthly recurring charges for cross connects. Today, we bring that model back,“ adds partner Hunter Newby. “And we do so with unified building and MMR ownership to create a stable environment for all network operators.”

Netrality Properties offers: colocation cabinets, cages, and suites, as well interconnection and remote hands services. Netrality also offers wholesale data center and powered shell in select locations.
