DALLAS -- Masergy Communications Inc., a global leader in managed networking and cloud services, today announced that Land Home Financial Services, Inc., a leading provider of diversified funding options, has completed deploying Masergy’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Managed Cloud Network solution. The new solutions have improved Land Home Financial Services employee productivity, improved quality of service (QoS) for critical applications and streamlined management and accounting processes. After receiving bids from 20 well-known service providers, Land Home Financial Services selected Masergy’s UCaaS solution as the company’s preferred communication system across all their offices and Masergy’s managed cloud network to improve QoS for the corporate headquarters and another key facility.

Land Home Financial Services’ fully hosted Masergy UCaaS solution includes approximately 450 Polycom VVX series phones distributed among all their office locations. The new solution offers a completely unified HD voice and video service, with access to advanced features and functions. Employees can now contact each other simply by using a four digit extension, make video calls and hold on-demand conference calls – something that had not been possible with their previous phone systems.
