CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Deutsche Telekom, with its systems solutions unit T-Systems, the leading German IT Services and Consultancy company, and SugarCRM Inc., the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most innovative and affordable CRM solution in the market, today announced a global reseller alliance. T-Systems will deploy Sugar from its secure data centers in Germany and resell the cloud-based CRM solution and services to enterprise customers.

Under the agreement, T-Systems will resell Sugar as a hosted cloud solution on T-Systems’ infrastructure –serving as a valued private cloud provider in Europe. With SugarCRM’s highly flexible deployment model, T-Systems will also have the option of offering customers on-premise CRM solutions and services. The deployment will initially focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with plans to expand the partnership worldwide in 2015.

The partnership includes T-Systems’ operations and services, which meets the most stringent standards for Internet security and data privacy – in addition to the highest standards of reliability and availability for the application. T-Systems consultants, as well as its integration partners, will support customers with the design and implementation of advanced CRM systems, as well as additional critical data source integrations.
