HERNDON, Va. -- EdgeConneX, specializing in hosting content at the edge of the network, has partnered with fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions provider, Integra, to deploy fiber network connectivity to its Edge Data Centers. Initial locations will include Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland and Sacramento, with plans to connect to additional Edge Data Centers in the future.

EdgeConneX specializes in providing purpose-built, edge of network hosting solutions that enable the fastest physical delivery of content to consumers. EdgeConneX is creating a new edge of the Internet by designing and deploying Edge Data Centers that are strategically positioned nearest to network provider aggregation points, ensuring lowest latency data delivery as well as improved quality of service. Integra maintains an extensive network footprint across the Western United States, offering EdgeConneX customers access to over 9,000 route miles of flexible, highly scalable and secure long-haul fiber-optic network connectivity from each Edge Data Center. This solution enables Edge Data Center tenants to tap into virtually unlimited bandwidth and achieve more reliable fiber connectivity, exceptional performance and faster delivery of end-user content.
