Telecom Italia will leverage BroadSoft's BroadWorks and BroadCloud platforms to offer a comprehensive suite of unified communications, including applications and features such as hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, instant messaging & presence, unified messaging, receptionist, audio conferencing and video calling. Telecom Italia will enable enterprises to access all of these business services across a variety of mobile devices with their branded version of BroadSoft's BroadTouch Business Communicator.
