GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. -- STARTEK, a leader in business process outsourcing, is using AT&T cloud services to create a highly-secure suite of ‘industry leading’ cloud solutions that will speed STARTEK’s ability to provide services to new and existing customers.

AT&T’s cloud, data centers and storage solutions allow STARTEK to save time and resources initiating new clients and contact center locations by scaling on demand. The new solutions reduce the time it takes to light up network and compute capacity for new STARTEK clients by as much as 75%, with existing clients being able to scale new services in as little as eight hours. STARTEK will also power its STARTEK@Home platform a virtual contact center platform that allows agents to work from home though broad access to applications and connectivity available in AT&T’s managed cloud.
