I run the social media program at Ciena. I joined Ciena in March 2010 as part of Ciena's acquisition of Nortel's Optical and Carrier Ethernet businesses. As part of my role, I am the primary blogger and moderator for the Ciena Insights blog. I also manage Ciena's other social media channels such as the Ciena YouTube channel, Facebook page, Twitter feed, etc.
