Michelle has been a telecom journalist since 1993, when she joined Global Telephony in Chicago. She moved to London in 1999, where she served as features editor at Telecommunications International (1999-2000) and senior editor at CommunicationsWeek International (2000-2003) and Total Telecom (2003-2006). As a Hoosier living in England, she often hankers for drive-thrus and baloney sandwiches.
