Actix Boasts Q3 Growth

November 13, 2012 |

LONDON -- Actix, the leader in mobile network analytics and optimization solutions, today announced record-breaking orders in its third fiscal quarter ending October 31, 2012. Actix achieved significant customer wins with key operators and vendors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, including the sale of its 50th ActixOne system.

The record orders were driven by strong demand for its Customer Experience Analytics (CEA) solution from operators looking to reduce churn and attract new subscribers despite the pressures of increasing RAN complexity and limited budgets.

“With operators focused on improving their customer's experience in the RAN, our CEA solution is being installed at a perfect time,” says Bill McHale CEO. “Using CEA operators can locate their key customers, see when they are being impacted by poor RAN performance and where this is causing churn.”
