Full-year revenues at U.K. mobile joint venture Everything Everywhere dipped 2.6 percent year-on-year to £5.95 billion (US$9.22 billion), while pre-tax losses reached £249 million ($385 million) in 2012, compared with the £113 million ($175 million) loss it saw in 2011. It seems the advantage it gained from being granted a head start on 4G in the U.K. was not enough to counter the effect of the EC-imposed cap on lucrative roaming charges and other price pressures.
