Previously, Reedy was a co-founder and CEO of Overture Networks, a leading provider of Carrier Ethernet solutions based in Research Triangle Park, N. C. Under his leadership, Overture achieved top three market share in Carrier Ethernet access devices. Before Overture, Reedy was vice president of engineering at Larscom, a provider of network access devices that went public in 1996. Reedy began his tenure at Larscom in 1991 by way of its acquisition of T3 Technologies, a high-speed networking company that he co-founded in 1988. Reedy, a graduate of Duke University and Stanford University, began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1980.
