Largest cable operator in France selects Casa Systems cmts to support rollout of advanced broadband services

ANDOVER, Mass. -- Casa Systems, a worldwide leader in next generation cable edge technology, today announced that Numericable, France’s largest cable operator, has selected the company’s C10G Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS), to support its rollout of advanced Ultra High Speed Data (UHSD 100M+) and Voice over IP (VoIP) services.

Numericable has over 9.8 million homes passed. Under the terms of the agreement, Numericable will deploy Casa’s C10G to allow for accelerated penetration of UHSD to its customer base.
