Neo Deploys ADVA's FSP 150 in Paris

PARIS -- ADVA Optical Networking today announced that Neo Telecoms is using the ADVA FSP 150 to offer Internet Protocol to the Building (IPTB) services to business customers in Paris. Neo Telecoms' IPTB offering extends Internet-access services from 100Mbit/s to 1Gbit/s via fiber-optic connections directly to business sites. The ADVA FSP 150 delivers connectivity to the enterprise, enabling customers to procure bandwidth when and where they need it and Neo Telecoms to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

The ADVA FSP 150's intelligent Ethernet service demarcation capability eliminates blinds spots from our IPTB offering by providing visibility, monitoring and assurance at the critical handoff point to a customer's network."

The ADVA FSP 150 is a Carrier Ethernet service demarcation and aggregation solution compliant with the latest operations, administration and maintenance standards. The embedded Etherjack(TM) service assurance technology enables Neo Telecoms to remotely monitor and manage the customer's services with a minimal number of truck rolls and verify that SLAs for mission-critical applications are continually being satisfied. With Etherjack(TM) Neo Telecoms is able to assess the quality of its service all the way to the edge of the IPTB customer's network.
