Monolith Software announces corporate restructuring

ST. CHARLES, Ill. -- Monolith Software, a privately held IT infrastructure management software company, today announced a restructuring of its corporate staff effective January 1, 2013. The restructuring demonstrates the company’s commitment to continued growth, and positions the company to fulfill escalating market demand for IT infrastructure management solutions that provide next-generation functionality in areas such as KPI monitoring and service assurance. The company will hire additional employees and executives to support the needs of customers as the company expands its global footprint.William T. Cannon is appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), having served as Vice President, Sales since 2009. Mr. Cannon has more than 28 years’ experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives at Voyence (EMC), Micromuse (IBM), Ameritech, and AT&T. He will lead Monolith's high-level strategy development, manage overall operations and resources of the company, and serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the company in implementing the Monolith vision for growth.Shawn Ennis continues in his role as founder of the company and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Ennis brings more than 15 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of NOC operations to Monolith customers. In 2005, Mr. Ennis founded Monolith Software with a unique vision to unify and simplify advanced enterprise and service provider infrastructure management solutions, making them more efficient and effective.
