Orange Cameroon follows up the QoS of its most valuable customers with the Astellia monitoring solution

RENNES, France -- For many years now, Orange Cameroon has taken benefits of Astellia solution to monitor the Quality of Service of its GSM and GPRS network. Orange is one of the leading operators in the challenging Cameroon’s market.

Based on Ocean probes and Cigale application suite, Orange monitors and optimises its GSM and GPRS Quality of Service for both the BSS and the NSS part of the network.

In parallel, Orange focuses on the roaming activity to increase roamers’ retainability and revenue. Daily KPIs and statistics on the network performance for roaming activity are analyzed using Astellia roaming solution.
