SYDNEY -- Unwired Australia customers will soon see a noticeable difference in their internet service with the launch of the Venturi Wireless optimisation solution on the wireless broadband providers Sydney and Melbourne networks.

The Venturi software, which is downloaded via Unwired’s customer-only webpage, improves the way data is transferred over Unwired’s network – translating to faster load times for web pages and improved performance for streaming audio and video.

Unwired will be the first Australian carrier to implement the Venturi Wireless solution which is used by major wireless carriers around the globe including Verizon Wireless (US), WILLCOM (Japan) and Reliance Communications (India).
