Huawei unveiled its new-generation mobile bearer network architecture, U2Net, at Mobile World Congress

BARCELONA -- Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, unveiled its new-generation mobile bearer network architecture, LTE-compatible ubiquitous ultra-broadband network architecture, or U2Net, at Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona. The new architecture provides flexible broadband access to macro and micro base stations, in addition to E2E service delivery and O&M on mobile bearer networks.

"The mobile backhaul network will be integrated with the fixed broadband network to form an E2E bearer network. " said Mr. Zha Jun, president of the Network Product Line, Huawei. "The LTE-compatible U2Net presents a fresh vision in the mobile bearer field. U2Net is believed to satisfy the future qualifications of IP video and cloud services."
