Minerva Gets a Slice of LIME's TV Businss

ALVISO, Calif. -- Minerva Networks, a leading provider of software solutions for the delivery of television services to connected devices, today announced that LIME, the largest telecommunication service provider in the Caribbean, has deployed Minerva iTVFusion to offer Broadband TV services within the region.

The Minerva platform, in combination with the latest adaptive bitrate and HTTP Live Streaming technologies, has enabled the Caribbean operator to offer robust pay TV services over its broadband network.

LIME TV subscribers in Barbados can instantly access over 130 linear channels and stream on-demand services via a seamless user interface. The new services, including VOD, HD, and DVR are enabling LIME to attract new subscribers and increase ARPU for existing customers.
