You are absolutely right, dear Jsun.
Most of startups I know keep waisting money paying huge salaries to their executives and losing hard working talent to empty talkers.

Hi Balet, you are absolutely right. Break-even is just a beginning. We have to keep working hard for every month, every quarter, every year..... This is true even for public traded companies. Is that right?

Most importantly, we demonstrated that with carefull cost management, fiber optics company can have a business case, which is covering its own cost by selling products. Many start-up companies forgot this basic business principle. They just looked into investors' money to cover their cost.

We all know it is much tougher to get break-even now compared with the good times. The selling price of most products is less than 10% of 4-5 years ago. Cost management is really the key to success during the slow recovery time.
