Listen people, wake up. Every trade magazine gives its advertisers preferential treatment. That's why they call them rags. Light Reading goes further, they are the Daily Mirror and Johanna's brothel house all mixed into one. They slam non-advertisers and non Lightspeed companies with rumor mill b.s. Lightreading is funded by Lightspeed. Can you say conflict
of interest?

It seems there's no end to the conspiracy theories advocated by people who feel offended/threatened by the TRUTH ...

Of course Lightreading's detractors seem to badly underestimate Lightreading's readers ability to sort what is rumour/trend/facts amid this newsletter's stories.

I'm no unconditional fan of Lightreading, and must admit that they: (i) unfairly present some companies; (ii) serve as an amplification device to marketing hype; (iii) trade timeliness for accuracy.

However, Lightreading DO present some news/stories that you simply can't find anywhere else. That's their value proposition. Take it or leave it.
