Ok, that question's got more than one meaning: who's next for Cisco to buy (what's the next portfolio gap it wants to fill?) or which of the independent policy management companies will get bought next?
Two of the policy specialists left are Openet and Volubill. It will be interesting to see if there are other big vendors who need their policy smarts.
