Re. your question below, I guess we need to start by finding out why 3UK chose HW over the other bidders.

MBNL is for the masts and radio access gear whereas this appears to be for the core and transport elements that woldn't come under the MBNL arrangement.

When Huawei strikes deals such as the managed services engagements it now has with Telefonica O2 UK and 3 UK in Britain, do telco operator professionals from the USA think

 

-- "oh boy, those operators don't know what they're setting themselves up for"

or do they think

--  "do those operators know something we don't? Have global politics cut us off from working with a company that could help us be more efficient?" 

 

Should US operators be discouraged from working with any potential partners?
