The vectoring only relates to DSL.

It reduces near end cross talk between wire pairs within the same bundle, and therefore increases bandwidth.

So this new box supposedly "combines LTE and vectoring, thereby increasing bandwidths."

I guess you could interpret that a couple of ways.  LTE next to DSL vectoring seems like the obvious one.

Or maybe a vectoring approach applied to LTE? That would make the "increasing bandwidths" part make a little more sense.
