While some of the big US telcos give less love to copper and DSL, the cable guys continue to ramp up more efforts that are designed to preserve and enhance it. Just one example here... there are many others, of course, that we'll be detailing in an upcoming feature. But at what point does it make financial sense to just pull fiber all the way to the premises? JB
