Well, Alex was citing an operator that was presenting its strategic take on revenue assurance and the overall focus of the original article was how crucial real-time charging capabilities will be to CSPs in the very near future.
But it's in the nature of us hacks to stir things up, and following Smith's blog, Alex Leslie did tweet to say:
"OK, OK, my Death of Billing piece may have been sensational(ist)....@domtsmith of @cerillion explains why... #BSSOSS"
And, ultimately, we are now 'talking' about the future of billing, so...
