It makes me chuckle that just as EE are suffering from dire customer service, the lead article in Total Telecom this morning is focused on a speech by EE Customer Experience Director which mentions ″It's about getting the basics right,″ etc etc

EE seem to be squandering their time advantage by offering poor "customer experience", outdated premium data pricing and awful branding/ad campaign. O2 & Vodafone was be really enjoying this poor start
