Do they expect to see more disputes such as the one involving Level 3 carrying streaming content for Netflix and incurring the wrath of "eyeball" network operators who have to upgrade their infrastructure to support the higher traffic level? Can technology play a role in solving the problem or at least resolving disputes?
This isn't super-technical, but I'd be interested in getting panelists' take on the future of over-the-air television. Are there ways to enhance it, a la Aereo, & to make it part of an attractive bundle that also includes Internet-delivered OTT content?
