I forgot to mention that this was a femtocell integrated into a STB. It's being trialed by a Turkish operator. NTTDOCOMO is the only operator currently offering a femto app, according to picoChip. It's doing a child tracking app that alerts the parent when their son or daughter comes home...and let's them know whether or not they are alone.
