Phil
1) I make it a policy never to trade within the sector....too many entanglements.
2) I seriously doubt that there is any stock to short. Even if there was, the TSX is notorious for price manipulation.
3) I think that Arvind is more full of S*** than the bottom of a birdcage. Do you know that W7 is still buying optical components from Enablence's direct competitors?
These guys are the the biggest joke in Canada since the "Great White North" on SNL

Phil,
There is a slight error with them listed as ENA - which is actually Enova. Enablence is on the Pink Sheets as far as I can tell. Can you even short Pink Sheet Stocks?

Now that the champagne has stopped flowing at the closing party for the fundraising, Arvind has to be plotting his next fundraising.
At the current burn ($6.8M less $1.4M in non-cash charges=$5.4M/Q) he's got 6-8 months of cash left....and he is reporting 3 months in arrears. Conclusion... massive layoffs soon as Arvind seeks to invent a new story for the next round of investors.
Bring out your checkbook Dan and help the guy out!

Let me see if I get this straight. They started the quarter with $12.5M in the bank. They raised $13M during the quarter. They have $15M in the bank at the end of the quarter. Even with cutting $1.8M in overhead during the quarter, it does not bode well for the future.
Someone once posted a reponse to the Panaway/Telstrat merger as tying two bricks together and throwing them into a pond. It looks like Pannaway/Enablence is the same version only with a cinder block.

Are they reporting any breakdown of the revenue sources? Is this all component business or are some of the systems acquisitions starting to pay off?
