The venue for Optical Expo is the Sheraton Grand Hotel. Registration will be located in the Grand Atrium located on the ground floor. The conference and exposition will take place in the Grand Ballroom and Galleria Ballroom.

To book a room please call the Sheraton Reservation Department at 1-800-345-5251.

Please note, once reservations are made, they can be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival without a fee. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will incur one night's room and tax late cancellation fee.

Check-in time is 03:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

If you will be staying at the Sheraton, there is a free shuttle to/from the airport. Look for the Sheraton desk upon arrival.
