Ron Berryman, Senior VP & GM, FOX Stations Group, Fox Interactive Media
Ron guides the online strategic direction of FOX's 24 owned and operated television stations, as well as the network's 180+ affiliates. He previously founded and served as CEO of Sidereus Technologies, acquired by Fox Interactive Media in August 2005 and rebranded as FIM Labs. Before founding Sidereus he served as VP of Marketing and Product Management at ZapMedia, a convergence technology company based in Atlanta. Ron spent 10 years as the principal owner and operator of Berryman Communications in Chicago. He serves on several industry association committees, including the Internet Streaming Media Alliance and the Consumer Electronics Association. He has won several regional and national ADDY Awards and two REGGIE Gold Awards.
Mark Carpenter, President, Pannaway Networks
Mark Carpenter comes to Pannaway Networks as President after serving from March 2000 to February 2005 as an executive officer of Tut Systems, in roles spanning Vice President of Partner Development, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Product Development and Marketing. From April 1997 to March 2000, Mr. Carpenter held roles spanning Director of Engineering through Senior Director of Marketing at Compaq Computer Corporation, during which time he spearheaded the creation of the HomePNA and commercially launched the world's first home networked and broadband connected PCs. Previous to this, Mr. Carpenter was with IBM Corporation for a total of 12 years.
John Harrobin, Senior Vice President - Marketing & Digital Media, Verizon
John Harrobin is Senior Vice President–Marketing & Digital Media for Verizon Communications, responsible for consumer product strategy, business development, brand marketing, media, sponsorships, advertising sales, and content acquisition & programming across Verizon’s broadband, TV, and wireless platforms, including V CAST, FiOS TV, Mobile Web, and Get It Now? services. He is based out of our headquarters operation center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. John join the company in 1997 and has served in a variety of field and national leadership positions in marketing, sales, and sales operations, including, prior to his current role, Vice President - Advertising & Digital Media for Verizon Wireless.
Edward Lichty, EVP Strategy & Corporate Development, VUDU
Edward Lichty is VUDU's Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development. Edward is VUDU's strategic planning and analysis and is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and new market development. Prior to joining VUDU, Edward spent eight years in various roles at TiVo Inc. (more...)Most recently, Edward served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, where he helped guide overall corporate strategy and built and managed partnerships with DIRECTV, Comcast, AOL and Sony, among others. Edward also oversaw TiVo's emerging broadband content business initiative. Early in his tenure at TiVo, Edward was responsible for creating the company's initial financial model and maintained day-to-day management of TiVo's successful IPO in 1999. Prior to joining TiVo, Edward was a member of the finance team at International Wireless Communications, a wireless service provider with operating companies in Latin America and Asia.
Paul Scanlan, President, Co-Founder, MobiTV Inc.
Paul Scanlan manages all aspects of the company's sales, marketing, and partnering efforts. Scanlan has been intimately involved in defining and evolving the company's business plan, and its partnering and corporate strategies. Scanlan has driven the launch of MobiTV on three of the nations' leading cellular carrier networks and has helped secure MobiTV's lineup of more than 25 well known channels through negotiations with some of the nations' largest television content providers. Additionally, Scanlan manages the company's international efforts and operations where he played a key role in generating initial momentum and hiring teams to run the new MobiTV offices around the world.
Dan York, Executive Vice President, Content, AT&T
Dan York, Executive Vice President, Content, heads the content strategy and acquisition for all AT&T platforms: television, broadband and wireless. In his role, York and his team set the content strategy for each platform and negotiate all linear and on-demand programming deals, including national networks, sports, music, movies, international, interactive services and broadcast television. Prior to joining AT&T, York was senior vice president, Programming and Development at iN Demand Networks and spent more than 12 years at HBO. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Michigan State University.

Frank Barbieri, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Transpera
Frank founded Transpera with the vision of helping normal people enjoy new kinds of mobile video experiences. Frank recently ran media products at InfoSpace and ran the Windows Mobile Media Device and Services group at Microsoft. He held a senior position at Onvia, a company he helped take public, and MSNBC where he drove the online video distribution business and interactive content division. He has most recently worked in the private equity industry doing mobile and entertainment strategy and portfolio company support. Frank started his career as a photojournalist documenting the plight of refugees globally.

Cheryl Idell, EVP Media Product Leadership, The Nielsen Company
Cheryl Idell has responsibility for Nielsen's Media Analytics product portfolio to the marketplace. She leads the development of new product offerings and analytical techniques that offer expanded analytics capabilities to Nielsen's media clients. Previously, she was EVP Media and Marketing Planning for Twentieth Century Fox where she oversaw the studio's media department, strategy, and agency relationships. Before that, Cheryl served as President and Chief Strategic and Research Officer at IAG Research, an advertising research company, from 2000 to 2004. Before IAG, she held strategic planning and research posts at Interpublic Group's Initiative Media and its predecessor, Western International Media, from 1989 to 2000, including EVP and Chief Strategic Officer.
Ira Sussman, SVP Research and Insights, Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB)
Mr. Ira Sussman serves as Senior Vice President, Research and Insights for the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB). He is responsible for the development, review and execution of studies and insights emanating from the U.S. advertising supported television and video marketplace. He regularly provides advertisers and their agencies with information on how to most effectively use television at both the national and local levels based on both landmark proprietary studies as well as traditional syndicated data. His career path has made him one of the few media research executives to have worked in agency, client and media organizations providing a unique breadth and depth of experience.
