August 28, 2008 |

MANSFIELD, Mass. -- IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., the leading global supplier of end-to-end quality, service and revenue assurance solutions for video providers of all types and sizes announced that Swisscom, has chosen IneoQuest IQPinPoint(TM) Multi-dimensional Video Quality Management System to manage end-to-end video quality throughout their advanced IPTV video delivery network, Bluewin TV. The IQPinPoint system deployed by Swisscom utilizes the IneoQuest family of network probes including IQMediaMonitor(TM) for head-end and core, as well as the new Cricket(TM) family of probes for network edge to the customer premise and the iVMS(TM), the industry's first multi-dimensional video quality management system designed to remotely monitor and automatically troubleshoot video quality across the entire network.

"Bluewin TV next-generation television services are expected to give consumers a highly personalized, highly integrated on-demand viewing experience, while enabling operators to rapidly introduce new applications," said Philippe Vuilleumier, Head of Network & IT Operation at Swisscom. "In this environment, having video quality performance visibility across all network subsystems is absolutely critical in order to ensure both customer quality of experience and OPEX goals are met. IneoQuest's multi-dimensional network monitoring and analysis approach to video quality delivers the quality assurance tools that are key to that success."
