ATLANTA -- IBBS, a leading provider of cloud-based voice and data services for broadband providers in the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America, today announced it has launched a mobile version of its Broadband Explorer (BBX) Diagnostics platform that is compatible with all the leading Smart Phones on the market. The BBX Mobile Application adds another dimension to broadband management with the addition of proximity-based analysis capability.

“Mobile technology is a key means of communication in today’s fast-paced business world and this mobile application of BBX will enable our customers to more efficiently diagnose issues in the field, saving time via the ability to quickly convey subscriber info to technicians,” said Brandon Jones, Director of Product Development at IBBS. “As always, our primary goal in all new product development at IBBS is find ways to improve operational efficiencies for our customers so they can boost subscriber satisfaction. Having mobile access to critical broadband diagnostics will give providers the added level of support they need to achieve that.”
