Okay, glad I got that out of my system. Now here are some leftover notes from today's Web 2.0 Expo thing:

  • "What I worry about is scaling. Scaling means more fiber, more data centers, more cash flow. What's amazing is how early we are in that process."
    — Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) CEO Eric Schmidt

  • "The question is whether anybody like Google solves this before we run out of money."
Wallstrip.com founder Howard Lindzon, on how niche Web video plays get paid for their content

Speaking of which, I just watched Wallstrip.com It's like the original RocketBoom for stocks. Brilliant and well executed.

  • "It's really tough to do exclusive content online. Everything is just a bookmark away."
    — Mark Siry, VP, Product Design, NBC Universal — R. Scott Raynovich, Editor 2.0, Light Reading
