LONDON -- AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today that AT&T has won a contract to service Deloitte, the global leader in audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services across its Central European offices. The 12-month contract extends the companies' existing relationship and gives AT&T the opportunity to provide global networking solutions to connect Deloitte's professional services business across the region.

Deloitte has offices in 17 Central European countries including Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. AT&T's global network provides a secure, high-performance telecommunications infrastructure, enabling Deloitte to effectively manage the large number of corporate transactions that it needs in order to service its clients.

Under the arrangement, AT&T will continue to converge Deloitte's voice and data on an MPLS-based Internet Protocol (IP) network, giving employees a single integrated solution across all corporate locations. Using a common IP- based architecture, AT&T's network gives Deloitte a global reach without compromising security and allows the prioritization of core business applications to improve user productivity.
