STOCKHOLM -- Effnet has decided to terminate Lars-Olof Guttke's contract as CEO forWkit Security AB due to, among other causes, financial irregularities.Negotiations between the company and the sellers of Wkit regarding thepurchase contract have been halted.

Joacim Lindbäck has been appointed acting CEO for Wkit. Joacim Lindbäck iscurrently employed at Effnet AB as Support Manager.
