REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- NebuAd Inc., an industry pioneer in next generation precision targeting advertising networks, today announced that Robert Dykes is joining the company as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dykes brings more than 30 years of operational management experience to NebuAd, together with a solid track record in building world class organizations. Mr. Dykes comes to NebuAd from Juniper Networks where, in his role as Executive Vice President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer, he helped guide the company, which sells mainly to Internet Service Providers, through a substantial growth period.

"We are delighted that Mr. Dykes has joined NebuAd. His depth of management experience and leadership combined with ISP expertise makes Robert Dykes the ideal CEO for this very exciting company,” said Sonja Hoel Perkins of Menlo Ventures, an investor in NebuAd.

NebuAd is pioneering the use of innovative, patent-pending technology deployed with Internet Service Providers to deliver the next generation in targeting for advertising networks. As a result, NebuAd delivers advertising that is more relevant, personalized and valuable to the intended audience while creating higher yield for advertisers, generating more revenue for publishers and opening up new monetization streams for Internet Service Providers.

“I am very excited to be joining NebuAd as this new generation of services is introduced,” said Robert Dykes. “Advertisers, publishers, ad networks, internet service providers and consumers will all benefit from the improved targeting we provide. NebuAd has a strong team, with deep technical understanding of the needs of our constituents and the means to contribute substantially in this market.”

Dykes joined Juniper Networks in January 2005 from Flextronics where, in his role as President, Systems Group and Chief Financial Officer, he led financial and operational functions for one of the largest and most complex manufacturing organizations in the world. During his seven year tenure he helped guide the company's expansion from $500 million to $14 billion in revenue. Mr. Dykes was particularly involved in the growth of Flextronics’ telecom services business.
