SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. -- Celox Networks today announced the Celox SCmsTM, a sophisticated service creation management system designed to provision, manage and bill a rich set of IP services to millions of subscribers. Combined with the Celox SCx 192TM IP service switch, the two products create a complete service creation solution to help network service providers (NSPs) quickly recognize new revenue through the rapid deployment and configuration of IP services.

"Just as our switch established a new benchmark for carrier scalability, we designed the Celox SCms to break new ground in the creation, provisioning and management of IP services," said Kent Mathy, Celox Networks' Chairman, President and CEO. "The Celox SCms has been designed to give access and control over IP services, not only to the service provider who owns the network, but also to the customers who use it."

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Synchronoss Technologies, a leading business service provider (BSP) of hosted operations support systems (OSS) environments, and Celox Networks, developer of the first true carrier scale IP service creation switch, today announced a strategic partnership to address one of the biggest challenges facing network service providers, quickly and efficiently turning up new services.

"We recognize that service providers face two key issues on the road to offering new services; buying the equipment to create them and integrating the OSS applications to make them operational," said Stephen G. Waldis, President and CEO, Synchronoss Technologies. "Combining the complete service creation solution from Celox Networks with our business process driven OSS platform can reduce the time it takes service providers to begin offering new IP services and generating revenue."
