ANDOVER, Mass. (March 2, 2015) – Casa Systems, a leader in ultra broadband solutions, today announced that it will demonstrate its Casa MobileEdge solution at Mobile World Congress, March 2-5 in Barcelona, Spain. Casa is located in Hall 5, stand number 5J41.

Casa Systems will exhibit its unique intelligent IP mobile edge architecture that allows service providers to more efficiently manage the radio experience for end users. Casa Systems leverages its industry leading ultra broadband architecture to enable quad-play converged solutions. MobileEdge supports service provider heterogeneous network densification initiatives while enabling new disruptive business models.

The SDN/NFV capable MobileEdge solution allows operators to independently scale CEPS, session capacity, and throughput. It also provides flexible integration of multiple licensed, WiFi and multimode access services on a common platform including HeNB-GW/HNB-GW, SeGW, ePDG, and WAG/TWAG.

At Casa’s stand in Hall 5, stand number 5J41, they will be demonstrating an end-to-end small cell solution consisting of a unified HeNB and small cell gateway all of which is managed by a common HeMS with D-SON radio resource management capabilities.
