Jef Graham steps in as Chairman and CEO while founder Al Burgio becomes chief strategy officer.

SANTA CLARA, CA - Console, an enterprise software and interconnection company, announced today that Jef Graham has joined the company as Chairman and CEO, succeeding founder and former CEO, Al Burgio. Effective immediately, Burgio will take on the role of Console’s Chief Strategy Officer.

Prior to joining Console, Graham served nine years as Chairman and CEO of RGB Networks Inc. From 2001 to 2005, Graham was Chairman and CEO of Peribit Networks Inc., a provider of wide area network optimization appliances that was acquired by Juniper Networks. Graham has also worked 15 years at Hewlett-Packard holding senior sales and marketing positions in the U.S. and Europe in both the hardware and software divisions. Jeff has served as a member of the board of Netgear since 2005.

Burgio founded Console in 2011 and has held the position of CEO since the company launched. He has led Console’s product innovation and global infrastructure expansion to more than 170 global points of presence across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Burgio has also facilitated multiple acquisitions and has proven the core concept of Console’s innovative platform. As the Chief Strategy Officer, Burgio will continue to drive Console’s vision and lead the company’s acquisition, research and ecosystem development strategies.
