LOS ANGELES -- TechnoCom Corporation(R), a leading provider of solutions to enable wireless location services and assure their ongoing performance, announced today that Sprint Nextel has certified its LMU-4000(TM) for use on both their CDMA and iDEN(R) networks. This certification provides TechnoCom's customers with further flexibility and added choices in deploying their vehicle tracking solutions.

The LMU family of smart GPS and messaging devices for mobile resource management has been deployed in vehicles across the Americas and Europe. TechnoCom's customers rely on the LMU's built-in intelligence to develop solutions that distinguish themselves in the markets they serve, including transportation, logistics, dispatch, government, and field services.

"Whether adding features, certifying new networks, or expanding over-the-air capabilities, TechnoCom continues to advance the LMU product line," says Greg Thompson of ThomTech Design, which is currently deploying LMUs over the Sprint network for the city of Denver.
